The auto manufacturer Toyota has issued a safety recall for two of its 2010 vehicle models over concerns about the anti-lock braking system. The 2010 Prius and the 2010 Lexus HS 250h are being recalled for safety reasons. Chris Gregoire's state budget proposal was joined by a Senate plan on Saturday, Feb. 27.
