Online extortion was reported on the 600 block of Marcella Avenue. Suspicious circumstances/possible trespass was reported on the 1100 block of 1st Street.     CHENEY – High school officials have announced that Blackhawks boys varsity soccer head coach Rene Caro has resigned, and that they have elevated assistant coach Nick Hamer to the role.
