    CHENEY – The school constructoin bond, rejected by voters earlier this year, is currently passing with 61.06% approval, amounting to 10,618 votes, as of the latest count on Nov. 12. The bond requires a supermajority of 60% or more to pass. The votes against Proposition 1 stand at 38.69%, totaling 6,729 votes.
