Republican Rob Chase of Spokane Valley will be filling the 4th Legislative District seat being vacated by Rep. Matt Shea. COLFAX — Incumbents Sen. Mark G. Schoesler and Rep. Mary Dye are leading the races for 9th Legislative District positions.
