Donald W. McMillan, 92, passed away at his home near Cheney on Oct. 21, 2016 with his wife of 69 years by his side. Don was born to Ernest and Myrtle McMillan near Cheney on Aug. 26, 1924 and lived his entire life in the Cheney area. Don was involved in farming, ranching and dairying.
