MEDICAL LAKE - Medical Lake Student Services hosted a back-to-school event at The Wellness Center, 317 N. AIRWAY HEIGHTS — The City Council unanimously approved a $7,000 increase to the Sunset Park revamp design project budget at its regular meeting Aug. 7. The design project was approved in November of 2022 for $26, 500 and addressed safety concerns. Gerry Lynn Holdway beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother went to be with the Lord on Aug. 3rd, 2023 after battling cancer. She was born to Thomas Simonton and Mary Jean Bell in Pendleton, Ore. on Feb. 27, 1947. She married Doyle Max Holdway of Springfield, Missouri on Feb. 19, 1965.
