    SPOKANE COUNTY – Addyson Shafer, 13, died in a boating accident at Clear Lake on July 27. Sheriff's Office Dive Team members located and recovered the body of the teenage girl with assistance from Marine Enforcement after four and half hours looking for her body. The county Medical Examiner on Monday listed the death caused by accidental drowning. Addyson was a student at Horizon Middle School in the Spokane Valley.
