    CHENEY – Last Thursday morning, a Spokane Transit Authority bus collided with a 12-year-old boy riding his bike. The accident resulting in the child being transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. According to Police Department Interim Chief, Rick Begthol, said the boy was riding his bicycle when he was hit.     AIRWAY HEIGHTS — The Airway Heights City Council is considering Ordinance C-1032, which would repeal and replace Chapter 2.28 of the municipal code concerning public records.
