    By BECKY THOMAS Staff Reporter A Cheney man died from injuries sustained after a car hit him Sunday night on the 1300 block of First Street. James Dahl, 61, died at Providence Sacred Heart Hospital after he was struck by a 1997 Kia Sephia driven southbound by William Knight, 47. The collision occurred at 10:46 p.m. Sunday, according to a Washington State Patrol Report. Dahl was the owner of Chet's Flowers with his wife Joy since 2008.
