    FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE-Col. Cassius T. Bentley became the new commander of the 92nd Air Refueling Wing during a change of command ceremony at Fairchild Air Force Base Wednesday (July 1) morning. He takes over for outgoing commander Col. Derek Salmi, who will be "assigned to the joint staff at the Pentagon in Washington D.C.," according to a press release from the 92nd. Salmi was commander of the 92nd for the allotted two years.     FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE -- It was a great day for the families and 19 members of the 92rd Air Refueling Squadron, who returned to Fairchild Air Force Base July 1 after being deployed in Turkey for seven months (some even longer).     CHENEY – A woman convicted of molesting an 18-month-old girl and who admitted to having as many as 15 other child victims has relocated to Cheney. Laura Faye McCollum, 62, was convicted of the molestation charge in 1990 and was civilly committed to the state’s Special Commitment Center on McNeil Island for violent sexual offenders in 2004.     MEDICAL LAKE- Scalding flames enveloped the front and right side of a duplex on 513 S. Jefferson St. in Medical Lake on Saturday, June 13, leaving much of the building severely charred and damaged.
