    Al Stover|Updated Jun 25, 2015

Seattle fans who are hoping that quarterback Russell Wilson would be a lifelong Seahawk may have to stop holding their breath. The Cheney Summerhawks 17U baseball team had a short week after a 14-5 loss to Northwest Premier Baseball Club’s 16U team. Cheney struggled to get their offense going, having only five hits. Head coach Austin Sharp said his team had plenty of runners on base, which in part was due to Premier’s pitching staff, who walked 14 Cheney batters. “We couldn’t get people to score,” Sharp said. “We left plenty of runners on base, but we weren’t able to execute.” At the plate, Andrew Witt was 1 for 3 with an RBI and a run. Dylan Arth...
