    DAVENPORT—A Ritzville man charged with fourth-degree assault, harassment and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident involving state Sen. Mark Schoesler last October was sentenced for one charge last week. Glen Roy Stockwell of Ritzville was convicted of fourth-degree assault in Lincoln County District Court Tuesday, May 24, but had charges of harassment and disorderly conduct dismissed, according to court records.     COLFAX — A Spokane Valley man pleaded guilty and was sentenced for charges stemming from the burglary and vandalism of St. Ignatius Hospital. Louis Hibbs, 20, of Spokane Valley, entered his guilty plea in Whitman County Superior Court during a hearing Friday, May 6. Following his plea, Judge Gary Libey sentenced Hibbs to 10 days in jail and a $1,000 restitution charge for his involvement in the February incident.
