    AIRWAY HEIGHTS – A Spokane Valley man is being held in the Spokane County Jail after being arrested for identity theft April 11 at the Kalispel Casino. Joseph P. Simpson, 58, is facing charges of two counts of first-degree identity theft and first-degree theft.
