RITZVILLE — The motorist who died April 12 after an altercation with police was shot three times in the abdomen. Shawn Lee, 48, of Susanville, Calif., died at a local hospital from the injuries, according to updated information released by the Columbia Basin Investigative Team, which is reviewing the officer-involved death.
