    By JAMES EIK Staff Reporter An adult male was struck and killed by oncoming traffic while crossing Hayford Road in Airway Heights the morning of Feb. 15. Around 5:55 a.m., officers from the Airway Heights Police Department and the Spokane County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the collision, which occurred at 9th Avenue and Hayford Road.     Dennis “Denny” G. Wuesthoff, Sr., a resident of Nine Mile Falls, Wash. passed away on Feb. 17, 2012 in Yuma, Ariz. Denny was born on Oct. 31, 1938 in Chewelah, Wash. the son of George Ernest and Gladine (Williams) Wuesthoff. Denny was raised in Chewelah, Wash. where he attended school.     The Medical Lake High School Booster Club has added another event to its list of fundraising activities. The first annual Pasta Dinner will take place Saturday, March 10 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Medical Lake Middle School and offer a menu of pasta, salad, bread and drinks, all served by the athletes of Medical Lake High.
