    Results from the recent “drive Hammered, Get Nailed” enforcement campaign showed a 68 percent reduction in arrests in Spokane County. The campaign consisted of emphasis patrols in Spokane, Whitman and Pend Oreille counties Nov. 25, 2010 through Jan. 2, 2011.
