    CHENEY -- With an expected lull in the snow fall over the next few days, Cheney snow plow crews will move from keeping arterials open to clearing residential side streets. Public Works Director Todd Ableman told the City Council at its first meeting in 2020 on Tuesday, Jan. 14, that beginning Wednesday, crews of four will begin "working up and down the hills" clearing snow from Mary to L streets.     HUNTERS – A Stranger Pack wolf that wandered into Idaho has been killed. According to the state Department of Fish and Wildlife's report Monday, the wolf was “legally harvested.” The Stranger Pack inhabits the forest area in Stevens County north of Davenport near of Hunters.     WEST PLAINS -- Cheney and Medical Lake school officials have announced a two-hour delay to the start of classes today due to road conditions caused by last night's snowfall. Cheney School District buses will run exactly two hours late today, Jan. 13. Medical Lake officials announced there will be no morning or afternoon skills center buses and no zero hour classes at the high school.
