    CHENEY – The Motel Cheney was destroyed in an overnight blaze early Tuesday morning, Aug. 23.     SPOKANE – A Cheney woman was injured in a fatal, three-vehicle crash early Saturday morning, Aug. 13. According to the Washington State Patrol, Chelsea A. Ross, 37, of Cheney was transported to Deaconess Hospital following the crash at midnight near Milepost 276 of Interstate 90. Gaige P.     CHENEY – A woman believed to be living out of a U-Haul truck or camping nearby was arrested Tuesday, Aug. 2 for possession of a stolen U-Haul box truck. Leah J.
