ODESSA – An Othello woman and Spokane Valley man were arrested Dec. 23 on State Highway 21 in connection with an alleged burglary. According to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, Shannon D. Awtrey, 55, of Othello, and John M. Daigneault, 50 of Spokane Valley arrested for second-degree burglary.
