ST. JOHN — The St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse Eagles had two games during the week, one home and one away. The Oct. 17 home game for the Eagles was against the Dayton Bulldogs. The Eagles had four seniors recognized that night — setter Julia Guske, libero Cami Larsen, outside Kaityln Hough, and middle Kenzie Stanley. COLTON - As the fall volleyball season draws to a close in Whitman County, the St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse Eagles are making a push for a high-ranking finish. COLFAX - Two of the Northeast 2B league's winless teams squared off Friday night, Sept. 15, here, with the visiting Liberty (Spangle) Lancers taking home the win. The Colfax Bulldogs would put up 14 points in the first half. But the Lancers put up 15. ST. JOHN – Sprint boat races at Webb’s Slough brought the town to life for the second time this summer on Saturday, Aug. 26. The weekend-long event started with the St. John golf scramble tournament Friday morning. After the tournament, sprint boat race fans turned out downtown for the Show and Shine, where they met racers and saw the boats – and even sit in them – to learn more about them before race day.
