CHENEY – Spokane County Sheriff's Office took Shawn Lloyd Kostelec, 47, into custody after a four-hour standoff near W Camden Road on State Highway 904, last Saturday. Kostelec is facing charges of violating a domestic violence protection order and residential burglary, with bail set at $50,000.
