    The Cheney High boys’ and girls’ golf teams closed the first half of Great Northern League competition at the March 29 tournament at the Links Golf Course. Both teams finished in fifth place, the boys with 533 points and the girls with 88. Scores in the girls’ tournament were calculated via the modified Stableford Scoring system where the highest total of points wins instead of the lowest.
