The Fisher Building, formerly the Cheney School District administration building, has been sold for the fourth time in two years.
At its May 11 meeting, the Cheney School Board approved a proposed sale agreement with Eastmark Capital Group LLC., a development company based in Seattle, to sell the building for $750,000, with Director Mitch Swenson abstaining.
The sale includes a 75-day feasibility period with an option for a 45-day extension at a cost of $12,500, which is half of the earnest money.
